Conditions of sale

ORDER
The consignment of the order by the customer implies its adherence to the present general conditions.
The customer places his order in accordance with the specifications representing on the site.
All order validated by the customer will be considered as efficient by DECOVERRE that after acceptance of payment.
Through the intermediary of the site, the customer has the possibility to be delivered; the site affects him the store then the more close to his/her/its address of delivery to withdraw his/her/its articles in the store of his/her/its choice
DECOVERRE reserves the right to deny a customer's order with which a relative litigation would exist to the payment of a previous order.
In the setting of the verification of the information provided by the customer at the time of his/her/its order on the decoverre.com site, our Service Relation Customer reserves the faculty to ask him by telephone et/ou mail electronic one or several justifying pieces (copy proofs of identity, justifying of domicile). This demand will have the effect of suspending the order in the waiting of the transmission of these justifying by fax to it (00216) 73 27 66 20 or by mail to the following address: DECOVERRE - Commercial Service - N°11, Residence Sidi Dhaher, Avenue Jaouharet Essahel, 4051 Khézamas, SOUSSE / TUNISIA.

Besides DECOVERRE will be able to deny the order in case of nonconformity of the justifying pieces or transmission absence of these pieces.


PAYMENT
The products and services presented on the site are paid to the order by bank transfer, only the cheques and species will be accepted.

PRICE
The prices of the products of the site of DECOVERRE are prices all included taxes but don't include expenses of delivery, these last being to the customer's load, in accordance with what is indicated under the title " DELIVERY ".

DECOVERRE reserves the right to modify his/her/its selling prices at all times, before the hold of order. Indeed, the products and services are invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the registration of the order.


SETTING TO DISPOSITION AND DELIVERY
Conditions:
The deliveries only take place in metropolitan France, Italy, Germany and in Tunisia. Expenses of delivery are to the customer's load and vary according to the type of order (cf. category " expenses of delivery "); they are indicated to the customer as he/it consults the availability of his/her/its product.
 

Availability:
The date of availability is indicated at the time of the consultation of the stock by the customer.

The sale will be considered like annulled if the setting to disposition or the delivery didn't interfere before the receipt of e-mail or the Letter by DECOVERRE.
The repayment du(des) produit(s) will take place as soon as possible and at the latest in the 30 days. All clause of delay penalty that would be included by the customer in his/her/its order stays without effect.
 

Transfer of the risks:
The setting to disposition in store is materialized by the signature by the customer of a good of exit.
The delivery is reputed done by the setting to disposition of the customer with the carrier of the merchandise ordered. She/it materializes by the signature by the customer of the good of delivery.

COMPLAINT AND RETURN

FACULTY OF RECANTATION AND REPAYMENT
In accordance with the terms of the articles () and following of the Code of the consumption, the purchaser has a delay of eight (8) days to intend the delivery of his/her/its order to ask for the repayment of the product(s) commandé(s) to the seller.

In any case, the returned products must be in their packing of origin, non used, accompanied by their proof of purchase as well as all possible accessories, non gone up, notes and documentations.
The repayment de(s) produit(s) after return will take place as soon as possible and at the latest in the 30 days.



SETTING IN SERVICE, INSTALLATION AND INSTALLATION
The customer does under his own responsibility the installation et/ou bet it in service of the products withdrawn by his/her/its cares.

GUARANTEED
DECOVERRE commits to assure the after-sales service of the products bought. So the customer benefits from a guarantee of one or two years according to the products understanding the pieces and the hand - d'œuvre.


RESPONSIBILITY
